Discovery: 75 minutes

In our first official meeting, we will dive into your business goals, explore what your organization currently looks like, what roadblocks you face, where you feel you feel stuck, need optimization, or have a gap in support, and any other important information you think I need. We will work together to brainstorm and curate a prioritized list of tasks to focus on and a plan of execution.

Process Post Discovery (determined based on your business):

  • Determine each project's full scope of work and the deliverables with key stakeholders. 

  • Each project will undergo a deep dive into the process to better understand its current state and improvement opportunities. This will occur through shadowing, review of current materials, and interviews with the necessary teams to understand the business dependencies for different phases of the sales process. 

  • Project outlines will be created based on that deep dive with expected deliverables, an estimated time-frame for each project, key milestones to hit, and cadence of check-ins. We also will discuss additional insights that may not have surfaced during the initial analysis and discovery period. 

  • Project Deliverables will be presented to key stakeholders for review and feedback. 

  • All feedback will be implemented, and deliverables will be returned go-to-market ready. 

  • All projects will be finalized with the creation of the go-to-market strategy and tools to train the internal teams.
