Discovery: 60 minutes
In our first discovery meeting, we will dive into your business and explore the coaching needs you seek, and how we can customize training for you and your team. We will discuss what your organization currently looks like, what roadblocks you face as a team, where you need optimization, and any other important information you think I need.
Course Creation (determined based on your course needs):
Determine the full scope of your customized course(s) and the information needed to tailor each course to your business. If complex, shadowing may be requested to better understand your business and sales process in order to create the most impactful training possible.
The course strategy will be presented to key stakeholders for review and feedback before running the course with your team.
After implementing feedback, we will TURTZED up the energy with an engaging course for your team.
